After you submit your order, we will begin making your new hooded blanket or dress. The process of printing, sewing, and adding the finishing details takes approximately 7 days. Once your item is complete, we will ship it to you anywhere in the world! The shipping speed depends on the destination. See shipping details below for your region.

Once the order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the tracking details for your order.
**Please be aware that regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout, the tracking details will not become active until your order has left our workshop and has been dispatched to you.
We will collaborate with the delivery companies to the best of our ability to guarantee packages reach our customers as fast as possible. We reserve the right to decide if orders are still in transit or should be deemed lost. If an order is lost during shipping, we will either replace it or provide store credit equal to the order's cost. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost while in transit.
We ship anywhere in the world! Take note:
There is a possibility that packages may not reach their final destinations in the UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Austria, Portugal, Philippines, Mexico and parts of Africa. Artsignia cannot be held accountable for packages that go missing in those areas.
International packages:
International packages to Canada or Australia are estimated to be 1 to 3 weeks to arrive.
Packages shipped to other international destinations usually take 3 to 6 weeks to arrive.
Artsignia does not have control over package delivery once the items are given to the shipping or postal carriers. We cannot be held accountable for packages after they leave our possession and are in the custody of the delivery services. The responsibility is with the carriers after the hand off.
Christmas orders:
Artsignia cannot guarantee that orders will arrive before Christmas. However, we suggest placing your order early. This will provide enough time for us to make and ship your items so they have a good chance of reaching you before Christmas, based on our typical production and shipping times.
How are customs charges applied to international parcels?
The recipient is accountable for all taxes, duties, and customs charges on the parcel. Get in touch with your country's customs department for more details about your local customs regulations.
If you refuse to pay the carrier the required duties and taxes when they deliver your order, the parcel may be deemed abandoned, destroyed, or sent back to our warehouse. In these cases, we regret that we cannot honor requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
What should I do if I get a delivery notice but don't actually receive the package?
It's common for shipping companies like USPS, UPS, and DHL to send out premature delivery notifications. If you get one of these notices but don't have the package after 3 days, contact your local office for that carrier and ask about the status.
You need to be the one to follow up since their records show delivered.
To report a missing or stolen package: Contact the shipping company, report it as lost/stolen and get a case number.
Once you have that case number, message us via our Contact page so we can look into it.
**Please note this is not an insurance claim for a lost package - those are different and "delivered" packages don't qualify.
Don't confuse this with a regular inquiry about a late package. We need an actual lost/stolen case number, not just an inquiry number.
For international packages: Unfortunately we can't send replacements if they go missing. We'll look into each case but can't reimburse shipping for lost international orders.
We also cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that the customer provided.
